Please follow the steps below to set up an account and enter students. 
Deadlines for entry are determined by local districts and chapters.  PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL DISTRICT/CHAPTER FOR INFORMATION AND COMPLETE THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION PRIOR TO THE PUBLISHED DEADLINE FOR YOUR LOCAL EVENT.
The application fee for Piano Auditions is $30 per participant; the application fee for Ensemble Auditions is $20 per participant. 

One check for each event, and for all participants in that event, drawn on the teacher's bank account, should be submitted to your LOCAL CHAIR (do not mail entry fees to the State Chair) postmarked by your local deadline.  By entering students in either event, you are agreeing to
abide by the 2009-10 CAPMT Student Program Guidelines found online at www.capmt.org and the specific rules for the student programs in which you are participating. Variation from these rules may result in disqualification.
Please take a moment to read these guidelines.

  1. Teachers:  When you have finished entering your students here, please return to the CAPMT website and complete the Performance Evaluation Form for each student or ensemble (www.capmt.org/site/programs.htm) and have your student bring the form to the audition.
  2. Chairs: please run your district/chapter programs according to the guidelines in the online packets (click "Master Packet" to download); the packet with all the forms and guidelines is only online and will not be mailed to you as in the past.
  3. Chairs: After your event is finished, you will enter qualifying students online.  Details for this will be posted soon.
